I created several lines that remind me of the loading screen lines and had them alternate different shades of warm colors. When clicked the lines reverse and change to alternate different shades of cool colors.

DIPPIN DOTS

I decided to randomize circle shapes and colors to scatter them across the board. Then I added a white rectangle to block the center and used three lines that look like they are glitching.
